Houses in Victoria Square are derived from 5 floor plans ranging from 1395 to over 2500 Sq. Ft. At the time of construction floor plans were customized and many of the houses include design features not presented in the original floor plans. For example, several homes have Carolina rooms, extra patios, and the location and size of bathrooms may vary. All houses are three stories and include a 2 car tandem garage. Each house in the community is situated on a lot to optimize the view of a wooded area or the community lake. Most floor plans feature decks on all three floors.
